4.1 Free Mockup Design Request
When you submit the free UI/UX mockup request form, we process the personal data you provide (such as your name, email address, and indicated source) as well as technical metadata such as IP address, device information, and timestamp.
We process this data to evaluate and respond to your request, prepare and deliver the free UI/UX mockup, and maintain documentation of any consent you have provided.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps necessary prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in efficiently handling inquiries).
4.2 Consent to Data Processing
By ticking the mandatory checkbox in our form, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy.
This consent covers the processing necessary to handle your inquiry, respond to you, and deliver the requested mockup.

4.3 Newsletter & Marketing Communication
If you voluntarily tick the marketing checkbox, we will use your email address to send you newsletters, company news, case studies, invitations to events, and special offers from TVM Engineering Services Ltd.
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing contact@tvm-engineering.com.
We send marketing emails using trusted email service providers (for example Brevo/Sendinblue), which act as processors under a Data Processing Agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

4.4 Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. This technology allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, especially when users arrive on our website via Facebook or Instagram ads.
When you visit our website, Meta may receive information such as visited pages, actions carried out on the website (e.g., form submission including the 'Lead' event), IP address, device details, and browser data. Meta may combine this information with your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Meta Data Policy.

4.5 Google reCAPTCHA
To protect our forms from spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3. reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of website visitors and may process information such as IP address, referrer URL, device and browser data and interactions with the website.
The data collected in this way is transmitted to Google LLC and may be processed on servers in the United States. Google acts as our processor based on the Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate safeguards.

4.6 Email and CRM Processing
To deliver emails, manage leads and follow up on your request, we use external service providers (such as Brevo/Sendinblue). These providers store and process contact data securely on our behalf.
All processors are contractually required to comply with GDPR and may only process your data according to our instructions.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in efficient communication and lead management).
5. Sharing of Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

- Authorities if required by applicable law or legal process
All third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and only process it according to our instructions.

Inquiries without follow-up are generally deleted after 12 months, unless legal retention obligations require a longer period.
