It is also about facilitating collaboration and coordination between the different stakeholders by combining and presenting the information in a consistent and coordinated way.

Project: Development of the Plan Management module for mydocma

The mydocma toolset is a central administration platform for defect management that provides all the necessary functions to effectively and easily manage artefacts related to defects that arise in the course of a construction project. With various modules such as ticket management, image management, construction site documentation and checklists, an overview of the project is ensured. And the best thing about it: Everything that can be managed across modules is mapped and configured on the central administration platform. This means you always have an overview of the current status and save valuable time.

TVM independently develops the module Plan Management. Here, a lot of information of the individual modules is located on plans. With this module, you can create and manage plans, display list and tile views for them, call up detailed information on plans, carry out versioning of the plans including calibration and view previews of the rendered plans in a suitable user interface. A special highlight is the synchronisation of video data created by robotics with the corresponding construction plans. The assignment of plans to the project structure and the multilingualism of the components are included.
